Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Nabiha (nabiha.app, nabiha-prod.vercel.app, and related services), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The Service

Nabiha generates Arabic marketing content (captions, images, campaigns) using AI models and your brand inputs. You own the content you create with Nabiha, subject to the AI providers' terms (Google, OpenAI).

The service is provided as-is. We aim for high-quality output but cannot guarantee that every generation is usable as-is without human review.

3. Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Refunds are handled case-by-case — email us.

Generation quotas reset monthly. Unused generations do not roll over.

4. Acceptable Use

Don't use Nabiha to generate content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, defamatory, or abusive. Don't attempt to extract training data, reverse-engineer models, or abuse our rate limits.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Liability

Nabiha's total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim. We are not responsible for downstream use of content you generate.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders 14 days before taking effect.
